Danbury Juneteenth 2026 Kickoff

CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS!

The Danbury Juneteenth Coalition is hosting a kickoff meeting on Saturday, December 13th from 10-11:30am at the Danbury Museum to begin planning our Annual Danbury Juneteenth Celebration, which will take place in Danbury, CT in June 2026 (exact dates and location TBC).

This is a multi-cultural, familty-oriented event where the entire Danbury community is encouraged to get involved. Come learn about the many committee opportunities to participate including:

- Programming & Performers
- Logistics & Permits
- Marketing & Outreach
- Volunteer Coordination
- Sponsorship & Fundraising
- Community Engagement & Partnerships
- Vendor Coordination
