Walkabout Presence is a practical communication and public speaking development program designed for professionals, entrepreneurs, managers, educators, students, content creators, and anyone seeking greater confidence and effectiveness in their communication.

Unlike traditional lecture-style training programs, Walkabout Presence is built around active participation, experiential learning, coaching, feedback, and real-world application. Participants spend the majority of each workshop practicing, speaking, interacting, and receiving constructive guidance in a supportive environment.

The complete Walkabout Presence curriculum consists of twelve modules delivered over six months. Phase One introduces the foundational skills necessary for effective communication and public speaking through four highly interactive workshops delivered every two weeks.

PHASE I
Foundations of Confident Public Speaking
"Find your voice." Before audiences can be inspired, persuaded, or engaged, speakers must first develop confidence in themselves and their ability to communicate. Phase I focuses on overcoming speaking anxiety, strengthening vocal delivery, building authentic connections through storytelling, and developing the confidence to speak effectively with or without preparation.

Workshop 1 | Foundations of Presence
The Challenge: Many people believe great speakers are naturally gifted. In reality, confidence is a skill that can be developed through understanding, practice, and repetition. This workshop helps participants understand the root causes of communication anxiety while developing practical techniques for managing nerves and building confidence.

He currently lectures Business and Media at Swinburne University of Technology in Da Nang, Vietnam and has delivered communication, leadership, presentation, and professional development training for universities, multinational corporations, and professional organizations across Asia.

Walkabout Presence là một chương trình phát triển kỹ năng giao tiếp và thuyết trình trước công chúng mang tính thực hành, được thiết kế dành cho các chuyên gia, doanh nhân, quản lý, nhà giáo dục, sinh viên, người sáng tạo nội dung, và bất kỳ ai mong muốn có thêm sự tự tin và hiệu quả trong giao tiếp.

Khác với các chương trình đào tạo theo lối thuyết giảng truyền thống, Walkabout Presence được xây dựng xoay quanh sự tham gia chủ động, học tập qua trải nghiệm, huấn luyện, phản hồi, và ứng dụng vào thực tế. Người tham gia dành phần lớn thời gian của mỗi buổi workshop để thực hành, nói, tương tác, và nhận những hướng dẫn mang tính xây dựng trong một môi trường đầy sự hỗ trợ.

Toàn bộ chương trình Walkabout Presence gồm mười hai module được triển khai trong sáu tháng. Giai đoạn Một giới thiệu những kỹ năng nền tảng cần thiết cho việc giao tiếp và thuyết trình hiệu quả thông qua bốn buổi workshop có tính tương tác cao, diễn ra hai tuần một lần.

Nền Tảng Của Sự Tự Tin Khi Thuyết Trình Trước Công Chúng

"Tìm ra tiếng nói của bạn." Trước khi có thể truyền cảm hứng, thuyết phục, hay thu hút khán giả, người nói trước hết phải xây dựng được sự tự tin vào bản thân và vào khả năng giao tiếp của mình. Giai đoạn I tập trung vào việc vượt qua nỗi lo lắng khi nói, củng cố cách truyền đạt bằng giọng nói, xây dựng những kết nối chân thật thông qua kể chuyện, và phát triển sự tự tin để nói một cách hiệu quả dù có hay không có sự chuẩn bị.

Workshop 1 | Nền Tảng Của Sự Hiện Diện

Thử thách: Nhiều người tin rằng những người nói giỏi là có năng khiếu bẩm sinh. Thực tế, sự tự tin là một kỹ năng có thể phát triển thông qua sự thấu hiểu, luyện tập, và lặp lại. Buổi workshop này giúp người tham gia hiểu được những nguyên nhân gốc rễ của nỗi lo lắng trong giao tiếp, đồng thời phát triển những kỹ thuật thực tiễn để kiểm soát sự căng thẳng và xây dựng sự tự tin.
