In this 2.5–3 hour guided circle, we will:

• Presence what we carry through a group altar
•⁠  ⁠Enter embodied writing practice
•⁠  ⁠Witness each other’s stories through mirrored dialogue
•⁠  ⁠Weave a collective Story Mandala across five healing portals
•⁠  ⁠Speak into what wants to move differently in our lives

This workshop is especially welcoming to those navigating identity shifts, life transitions, ancestral reconnection, or the transformation of intergenerational memory.

Bring:
