And my 7-Day Reflect & Connect Retreat, hosted in gorgeous Hoi An, is an invitation to do just that.

Join me in September for a deeply nourishing yoga and mindfulness retreat that’s designed to help you slow down, breathe fully, and come home to your body in a supportive and grounding setting. 

Through intentional practice, meaningful connection, and quiet time for self-reflection, my hope is that you’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, and fully restored. ✨

This isn’t just a retreat. It’s a complete reset: for your body, mind, and nervous system. (And who knows, maybe even your heart and soul, too!)

✨ What To Expect

During our week together, you’ll experience:

- Daily yoga practices for all levels (morning Slow Flow & evening Yin / Yoga Nidra)
- Guided meditation, breathwork, sound baths & mindfulness sessions
- Reflective/creative workshops & journaling practices
- Connection circles, healing sound baths & soul-nourishing Vietnamese food
- Some (optional) cultural excursions, including a cooking class & a cycling tour
- Plenty of free time for exploring the rice fields, the beach, or the Old Town
- Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, inspiration, or a pause from everyday life, this retreat offers a warm and nurturing space to reconnect – with the group, with nature, and with yourself.

P.S. If you’re based in Hoi An and would prefer to join without accommodation, a limited number of residential packages are available. Please message me directly to discuss your options.

💛 What’s Included?

- 6 nights’ accommodation at a luxury 4-star villa
- 2 x daily yoga & mindfulness sessions
- All workshops, guided practices & group excursions
- Daily breakfasts & dinners
- A 60-minute massage (or spa treatment of your choice)
- Group sound bath experience

- Flights or airport transfers (unless otherwise arranged)
- Travel insurance
- Visas (although I can advise you on how to get one)
- Additional spa treatments or personal expenses
- Additional snacks or drinks not mentioned
- Lunches (to allow more free time & flexibility in the afternoons)

🌿 Early Bird Pricing

Early-bird rates for this September retreat are available until June 30th, 2026. EB rates start at $1,550 and include the full retreat experience: accommodation at a 4-star villa, meals, all classes and excursions etc. 

For residential rates without accommodation, please get in touch.

Note: Spaces are limited to 10 guests to maintain an intimate and supportive atmosphere.
