Join the Raise Your Vibe Workshop hosted by Jonathan Kiely, a qualified Business and Personal coach. The purpose of the workshop is to help raise people's spirits and mindset in 2021 and bring some fun and light-heartedness into the community.

This is an interactive coaching workshop for awareness and wellbeing. Jonathan guides participants through some calming breathing exercises, games, gratitude practices, positive mindset techniques ideas, and the opportunity to share some vulnerability and connect with like-minded people.

Every Friday in the conference room (second floor of Mud Bistro). Please be mindful of noise when going upstairs and into the conference space (lefthand side) since other classes are in session in the studio.

Donations are appreciated but all are welcome to join.
