Each morning we greet the sun with a dynamic, breath-to-movement flow designed to awaken body and spirit. Days are filled with rewarding adventures — cycling through rice fields, paddling through coconut groves, meeting local artisans — and evenings close with restorative practices and sound healing. Led by On Point Yoga Adventures Co-Founder Lauren Dunne and Quynh Duong, Master Sound Healer, this retreat is an invitation to explore, connect, and transform through movement, culture, and quiet reflection.
