Flow with Meg is coming to Da Nang! I will be starting a new Mat Pilates Fundamentals workshop. This is a course that builds on each session and is not a series of drop-in sessions.
Introduce yourself to the wonderful world of Pilates with a 6-week series. With each session, you will build upon the core principles and exercises, and immediately start to feel the results of the methodology and your hard work. At the end of the series, you will have the knowledge and skills to confidently and safely attend drop-in classes each week to maintain your results and advance your practice.

What is Pilates?
Pilates is a full-body, no impact, functional training system of movement, designed to improve your strength, flexibility, joint range of motion, and core stability. Through deep core engagement and correct breathing techniques, you will foster mind-body awareness that you can take with you off the mat. This connection will help you to feel balanced and centered, improve your posture, and lead to safer, efficient, and more mindful movement throughout your day.

Pilates is the perfect practice to help you counteract these imbalances, by learning how to breathe correctly, building a strong and stable core, and moving more mindfully throughout your day. With a small dedicated group to practice with, you will have a community to help you build healthy habits and accountability, while also receiving the individualized attention you need. Who am I?
My name is Meg Le and I am a certified Pilates and Yoga teacher in Hoi An. I have personally experienced the power that both practices have had on my body, mind, and spirit, and I am excited to share what I have learned with you. My mission is to help you find your flow through conscious breath and mindful movement, both on and off the mat.
