Join us for Midday Meditation. Set down your burdens and find your breath before continuing your day refreshed.
Meditation is a practice of going within to train awareness and willpower, achieving mental and emotional calm, while allowing the body to relax and recover. Each meeting will offer a brief discussion on meditation techniques, mindfulness and abundance, followed by 30-45 minutes of meditation. We practice a variety of meditation styles including: silent meditations, loving kindness, and guided meditations such as manifesting abundance, chanting, and yoga Nidra.
Monday & Friday sessions are led by Trevor Kuchar, a U.S. Navy Veteran and transformational coach. He is a Yoga Alliance certified mindfulness instructor and is passionate about uncovering inner peace and personal success by aligning personal paradigms. Originally a California native, Trevor coaches internationally and has been a Da Nang resident since 2020 when he "came for Tet and stayed for Covid.
Wednesday sessions are led by Valentina Bravo, a certified Reiki practitioner, lifelong student of Astrology, and recovering academic with three MAs in Cultural Studies under her belt. Her hippie upbringing instilled in her a deep fascination for the mysteries of consciousness and the power of narratives. She has spent the last 10 years engaging with different physical, mental, and spiritual traditions of both East and West, including shamanic practices of the Ecuadorian Andes, where she was raised.
Midday Meditation is every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12 - 1pm at Mud Studio (the second floor of Mud Bistro). The sessions are drop-in and donation based. Please join us, Namaste.
