# Event Details

- **Event Name**: MEDITATION FOR BEGINNERS
- **Event Start and End Date**: Mon, 28 Sep, 2026 at 11:00 am – Mon, 26 Oct, 2026 at 11:15 am
- **Event Description**: ?‍♀️ MEDITATION FOR BEGINNERS
Yes, even if your brain has 47 tabs open.?

Think you can’t meditate because you have too many thoughts?

Perfect. That’s exactly why you should come.

Every Monday, we explore a different meditation technique — not just sitting in silence and hoping your mind magically disappears. ?

We learn how to work with:

?️ Breath — using breathing as an anchor
? Attention — learning where to place it and how to bring it back
? Body awareness — noticing sensations instead of living only in your head
? Mantra & sound — using repetition to calm and focus the mind
? Emotions & inner state — learning to observe without immediately reacting

Sometimes we move first, sometimes we work with the breath, sometimes we use sound or mantra — and then we actually practice the meditation together.

This class is for you if you:

• have never meditated before
• think you’re “bad at meditation”
• can’t sit still for five minutes ?
• have a very busy mind
• want to understand *how* meditation actually works
• have watched 100 meditation videos but still haven't meditated once ?

You don't need to empty your mind.
You don't need to become a monk.
You don't need to be “good” at it.

You just need to show up and practice.

?️ Every Monday
? 11:15–12:15
? Ace Hub, Da Nang

Stop thinking about meditating. Come actually learn how to do it. ?‍♀️

Message me to join. ?
