New year, new goals. Pilates is amazing because it supports you in your daily life and other activities, like running! Or walking. :) A well-rounded weekly routine of functional fitness, cardio, strength training, and yoga is ideal.
Join me and the community in the first annual Hoi An race. There are options for all fitness levels and goals from a 5k walk all the way to a full marathon.
