☝🏻 Bring your own Yoga mat, or towel.
Each week we adapt the practice to the group, from gentle stretching to more challenging poses.
Optional by the end: We will share a little vegan picnic, talk about Yoga, get to know each other. So if you can/want bring some fruits or vegetarian snacks to share.
