Celebrity Chef Four Hands Dinner

On March 14, RAYA at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel presents a special Four Hands Dinner featuring Chef Rodrigo Rivero-Rio and Chef Richard Sandoval. Monterrey-born Rivero Rio is known for his modern take on northern Mexican cuisine, grounded in tradition and bold, ingredient-driven flavors. Sandoval, an internationally acclaimed chef and pioneer of contemporary Latin cuisine, brings a global perspective shaped by coastal influences and a deep respect for regional ingredients. Together, the chefs will collaborate on a multi-course menu that blends Monterrey’s soulful flavors with the fresh, vibrant spirit of Southern California’s coastal Latin cuisine, set against RAYA’s iconic oceanfront backdrop.
