Vapi Kid's Marathon 3.0

The Vapi Kids Marathon – 3rd Edition is an exciting and fun-filled event designed to encourage physical fitness outdoor activity and healthy habits among children. The marathon welcomes participants aged 5 to 14 years featuring 1 km 2 km & 3 km runs for three age groups 5–6 years 7–9 years and 10–14 years respectively.  Each participant will receive a medal certificate refreshments and a T-shirt as a reward for their enthusiasm and effort. 

Organized by the Indian Academy of Pediatrics and Charitable Trust Vapi the marathon aims to reduce screen time among kids and promote physical fitness teamwork and the joy of outdoor sports in a safe fun and motivating environment.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

1. Reporting time is 6:00 AM.
2. Wearing sports shoes is mandatory for the run.
3. Carry a handkerchief or small napkin with you.
4. You must collect your T-shirt, BIB sticker, and coupons from Parvarish Hospital, Chala, Vapi on 25th and 26th December 2025 between 11 AM and 9 PM. There will be no distribution at the venue.
5. Participants will receive a medal, certificate, and gift after completing the marathon.
6. Refreshments will be provided only to participants after the marathon. Parents and non-participants will not receive refreshments.
7. Parents and non-participants are not allowed to run or participate during the marathon.
8. Spot registration will not be available.
9. Entertainment programs are arranged after the marathon.
10. First aid facilities will be available at the venue.
11. Please maintain hygiene and stay hydrated throughout the event.
12. Ensure you have a light breakfast before reaching the venue.
13. Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable.
14. The organizers are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
15. All final rights and decisions are reserved with the organizers.
16. The organizers may cancel the event in case of any unavoidable circumstances.
