This course is designed for total beginners, and everything is taught in a supportive, encouraging environment. You’ll learn simple, effective techniques that work for every body type and fitness level. 

What You’ll Learn:
- How to set strong boundaries with confidence
- How to use your voice, mindset, and body effectively
- How to break free from grabs and holds
- How to fight back with proven, full-force techniques that use women's natural strengths

You can expect a supportive, judgment-free environment where everything is taught step by step. Our instructors are experienced working with survivors, different ages, and total beginners. Skills and scenarios are adjusted to each person’s capabilities. The group is small to ensure personalized attention designed to build confidence, coordination, and increasing power as you move through the course’s journey. You’ll learn practical, effective skills in an atmosphere where you feel safe, encouraged, and capable every step of the way.
