About the event

Youth Mental Health First Aid Training

Anyone 18 or older is welcome to attend this important training. This training is recommended for anyone who regularly have contact with youth ages 12-18. All training materials will be provided.

Training topics include mental health and substance use challenges in children, trauma and stressor related disorders, self-care for the mental health first aider, first aid for panic attacks, anxiety and depression in children, and much more.

This training is free to all, with an option to purchase lunch and snacks from the church at $10 per person paid directly to the church.
