PPL Electric Utilities Live Line Electrical Safety Exhibit

Monday, August 11th - 6:30 pm start time for the demonstration - On site at the Dalton Fire Company Carnival Grounds.

This Event is open to Public, all First Responders, Firefighters, Police, Paramedics, EMT's, Towing services and other agencies are welcomed to attend!

PPL Electric Utilities' Live Line Electrical Safety Exhibit is a mobile exhibit that demonstrates the dangers of contacting live electrical equipment. It is a scaled-down electrical distribution grid with 7,200-volt live wires and poles. The exhibit is used to educate the public, including first responders and contractors, about safe practices around electricity. The exhibit provides a hands-on, visual demonstration of the risks associated with electrical contact.
