There she experienced other life changing practices such as active meditation, pranayama, sound healing, chanting and ecstatic dance. Back home, Katie found her purpose in making heart-led, mindful mediums that transformed her own life accessible to more people, and began running corporate retreats that combine personal & brand growth for business founders in September 2023. Her years of working in the corporate world of advertising communications enable her to do so in a grounded, approachable style that feels relevant in daily life. Outside her business retreat work, Katie takes immense joy in holding monthly women’s circles and sister sleepovers for Sundari with Elissia, connecting to a beautiful community that continues to grow.
