- **Event Description**: Join us for a night of learning how to make soap, refreshments and a chance to learn about our mission in Uganda. 
Each participant will leave with about 8 bars of soap they make. 
Required: long sleeves, closed-toed shoes, safety glasses or goggles
Optional items to bring: latex gloves, food scale, immersion blender, instant read thermometer, soap mold

We will learn safety, measuring ingredients, temperature control, bringing soap to trace, pouring, cleaning tips, coloring, swirling, scent. 

Some homemade beauty products will be available for purchase.  

Catherine Stoner will share briefly about Amatsiko 4 Uganda and the mission there. All proceeds will go to support our work there.
