- **Event Description**: SWEAT. SCULPT. ROCK. with POUND Instructor, Heather Cintron. Channel your inner rock-star with this full-body cardio jam session, inspired by drumming. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, torch calories, and tone while rocking out to your favorite music.
Following a 45- minute workout, treat yourself to a complimentary glass of cider or beer. Food is available but not included.
Doors will open at 10:30. Please arrive early to sign waiver, and find your spot. Class will take place in the barn. 

COST- $20 You can pay when you register directly to me via cash, check or Venmo @HCINTRON. Once payment is received your spot will be reserved.  $20 includes Pound® workout use of official Pound® Ripstix®, and 1 drink ticket for a glass of cider/beer.  Tipping your server is encouraged & appreciated. 

Please bring an EXERCISE MAT, WATER BOTTLE & A SWEAT TOWEL. We will be seated for 2 of the tracks.
