Fall is the time of year when we begin the process of going within. Yin Yoga is a gentle practice where seated and reclining poses are sustained for 3-5 minutes giving the body/mind an unparalleled opportunity to soften & surrender. The addition of Reiki (optional) further deepens the opportunities for you to let go. This is a class not to be missed!

What to expect:

About the Practitioner:
Kathy is a 500-hour Yoga Instructor registered with Yoga Alliance trained in the Kripalu lineage. She has been a yoga student for 30 years and has more than 6000 hours of yoga teaching experience. Her specialty is making yoga accessible to all the unique bodies that take her classes. She teaches Beginner's yoga, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga Nidra, & Restorative Yoga all through a gentle, mindful, trauma-informed lens. When not practicing or teaching yoga, she enjoys exploring the walking and hiking trails of York, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Sliding Scale $26 - $32/Person if paying with credit card

Workshop Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your enrollment OR If a class is canceled by an instructor the cost will be credited to your account for future use or refunded by check, minus any credit card fees.

Refunds will not be given for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class.
