Join us for a sound bath as we prepare for the Summer Solstice! The Summer Solstice is the time of year that marks the beginning of summer and is also the longest day of the year. This is the time of year when the sun reaches its maximum declination. All throughout the spring we plant and tend to our seeds. As we enter midsummer we are now able to enjoy and reap the benefits of all that we cultivated. This time represents prosperity, abundance and good spirits. Come honor all the love, light and pleasure that life has to offer you.

This immersive one-hour sound bath journey will be led by meditation teacher, Leah Frazier. Join us as we mark a sacred turning point — a time to honor growth, inner fire, and the abundance of life. This special session is designed to help you align with the radiant energy of the sun, clear what no longer serves, and plant intentions for the season ahead.

You’ll be guided through a brief meditation to ground and open your heart, followed by a restorative sound bath featuring a sequence of healing instruments — each chosen to activate your inner light and harmonize your energetic body. Let the vibrations wash over you as you relax deeply, reconnect to your higher self, and soak in the solstice energy of renewal and expansion. Space is limited — come bathe in the light and begin your summer with clarity, intention, and deep soul nourishment.
