It will consist of ONE THOUSAND box step-ups, or the "CHAD" Cross Fit workout, on the roof of the RED GARAGE at Galleria Dallas.Registration for the event is for a partner workout, meaning your box will be shared with a buddy, so bring a friend or family member to join you in the fun - please register everyone attending from your group for a slot! (Limited registration is available for an individual box, however there is a possibility that you will be paired with a new friend for the workout upon arrival)Immediately following the workout, there will be a Private Shop available for attendees in lululemon Galleria Dallas, with light bites & refreshments.Through this event, we aim to emphasize the importance of mental wellbeing for all, standing alongside our Military community during Veteran's Day weekend.*Note: the event & workout will be facilitated in both English & Spanish
