Who says trees are just for Christmas? Not us! In this class, you'll create two beautiful ceramic trees—one approximately 11" tall and one approximately 7" tall. They can be glowing luminaries with cut-out designs...or not! Leave them solid as beautiful decorative pieces. Decorate them with festive holiday colors, earthy woodland tones, bright florals, or anything in between. These trees look just as beautiful on a mantel in July as they do in December!
No experience? No problem! This beginner-friendly hand-building class is designed for adults (18+) and I'll guide you every step of the way. You'll be amazed at what you can create with a little clay and a lot of fun.
Once your masterpieces are complete, I'll take them back to my studio where they'll dry, be kiln fired, glazed in the colors of your choice, and fired one final time. Your finished trees will be ready for pickup in approximately 2–3 weeks.

Make one approximately 11" tree and one approximately 7" tree

No pottery experience necessary
All clay, tools, glazing, and firing are included

Finished pieces will be available for pickup approximately 2–3 weeks after class

This is a non-refundable class unless cancelled by Jo Pilston Pottery or Back Mountain Makery. If you can't make it, you can transfer your ticket. There must be a minimum of 8 people to hold the class. If the minimum isn't met, the class could be cancelled by Jo Pilston Pottery.

Feel free to use side door, parking available in side lot.

Please DO NOT block alley or park directly in front of Gina Storms LMT, Waynes World or Ochman's Jewelry and Coin as to allow parking for their customers is also needed.

PLEASE arrive 10-15 minutes earlier than time of workshop start time to allow time for settling in.

Workshop will be Non-Refundable with any "No Show/No Call"

ALL cancelations need to be called in to 570-449-4529 or Facebook message before 3 days/72 hour deadline of Workshop scheduled date & time.

All cancelations may have the option to be refunded, MINUS 15% as credit card and restocking fees are applied.
