Welcome the return of light and balance at our Spring Equinox Chakra Renewal Gathering—an evening designed to realign your energy, awaken creativity, and restore harmony from the inside out.
We’ll begin with a gentle chakra balancing flow, moving mindfully through poses that activate and align each energy center. Guided through each energy center you'll have a better understanding of each one and embody each shift.
After yoga, we’ll move onto a creative sun catcher-making experience. Using beads in the vibrant colors of the chakras, you’ll design your own sun catcher—a beautiful, symbolic reminder of balance, light, and personal intention. As sunlight passes through it, each color reflects the energy you’ve cultivated during the practice.
We’ll close the evening with a deeply relaxing chakra-balancing sound bath. Immersed in healing frequencies and soothing vibrations, you’ll be invited to rest, integrate, and absorb the energy of renewal as the body and mind settle into equilibrium
