Somatic Breath Work Session

Welcome to our in-peron Somatic Breath Sork Journey! Join us for an hour experience of breathwork to restore connection, express with embodiment, and activate your purpose in life. All of this will be deeped with a soundbath to complete the journey. This session is perfect for anyone looking to let go of stress, improve their overall well-being, and do so inside of a transformational community. Post our breathwork session, we'll have a space to journal and share our experience!

Things you'll need:

1. Yoga Mat
2. Water
3. Journal
4. Something to write with to journal upon completion of session
5. An open heart
6. + Friends! Bring your friends!

Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised if you have a history of:

High blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, history of seizures, cardiovascular conditions, recent surgery or physical injury, Medic*tion interaction, osteoporosis, acute infectious illness.
