James Michael Taylor

He is a Fort Worth singer-songwriter whose sharp, literary lyrics and maverick streak have made him a fixture of the local scene. He fronted the trio Texas Water before turning to solo home recordings, later co-founding Fontanelle and then Ghost of John Murphy with songwriter Jeff Prince, releasing several albums praised for their haunting, offbeat craftsmanship.
