- **Event Description**: Plano Republican Women, the Dallas Professional Republican Women, Preston West Republican Women, Park Cities Republican Women along with the  Dallas County Republican Party and Collin County Republican Party are excited to announce that they are joining hands and hosting what will be the biggest Republican Runoff Forum in North Texas regarding the election of
the next Texas Attorney General.

More than 200 people are expected to attend! All conservative men and women are invited to attend. 

The April 23 gathering will feature U.S. Congressman Chip Roy and Texas Senator Mayes Middleton—the two Runoff candidates vying for this Republican nomination. Please join us for this informative forum, which will begin with attendees checking in between 5:30-6 PM. The Forum is being held at the Biblical
Arts Center—located at 7500 Park Lane [which is due west of the North Park Mall] in Dallas. 

The only people who can check in will be those who have pre-registered. Thus, those who have NOT pre-registered will not be
allowed inside for security reasons.

Due to the time of this event, dinner will not be served but there will be finger foods, drink, as well as wine for all attendees. BOTH candidates are on strict time schedules and trying to make two appearances in Dallas on April 23. As a result, and to accommodate BOTH schedules, the following Agenda will be followed:
5:30 – 6 PM Check-in and attendees mingling with candidates and staffers.
6 PM – 6:30 Speech.
Congressman Chip Roy will be answering challenging questions with a 5-minute Closing
6:30 – 7 PM Texas Senator Mayes Middleton will be answering challenging questions with a 5-minute
Closing Speech.6:30 – 7 PM. Texas Senator Mayes Middleton will be answering challenging questions with a
5-minute Closing Speech.
7 PM – 7:45 Attendees can question candidates and/or their staffers individually.
7:45 – 8 PM Co-hosting organizations conduct cleanup and attendee departure.
Those attending may do so for FREE. However, each attendee MUST register via EMAIL by sending his or her
attendance confirmation to the email address of: leebaldwin@dfwatty.com no later than 5 PM on April 20.

Parking is also FREE. However, we will “pass the hat” to help defray the costs of the Ballroom rental and having security onsite throughout the meeting. Feel free to direct any questions
