All participation is confidential, voluntary and participants may drop out at any point!About this EventReconnectig with Yourself in Motherhood - A Research Study for Moms Experiencing GuiltAre you a mother who has been experiencing mom guilt and feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from yourself?You are invited to participate in a research study exploring a supportive, body-based intervention designed to help mothers increase awareness of internal experiences and coping skills related to mom guilt.What is the purpose of this study?The purpose of this study is to better understand mothers’ experiences of mom guilt and how a guided, body-based intervention may support awareness, emotional regulation, and connection to the body during motherhood.What does participation involve?Participation in a structured interventionBrief questionnaires before and after participationA one-time one hour workshopWho can participate?You may be eligible if you:Are a mother of at least one child under the age of 6Experience mom guilt, anxiety or heightened stress related to motherhoodAre 25-40 years of ageAre able to participate in the workshopVoluntary ParticipationParticipation is completely voluntary.
