There’s a kind of exhale your body has been waiting to take. This is the space for it!
Over two hours, you’ll be guided through an active breathing practice paced to carry you inward — layered with rich sound, atmosphere, and gentle sensory cues that help the thinking mind soften and step aside. No substances. Just breath, rhythm, and a room held for you.What unfolds is different for everyone. Some people meet a wave of feeling they didn’t know they were holding. Others find a quiet they haven’t touched in months. Most leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more like themselves.

You might find your way here if you’ve been:
Running on empty, wired but tired, carrying tension you can’t quite name, craving stillness, or simply ready to come back to yourself. The afternoon flows through:
A grounded opening, the breathwork journey itself, full immersion in sound and sensation, room to release whatever surfaces, and a soft landing to close.

What to Bring

Yoga mat or blanket (provided)
Pillow and eye covering (provided)
Water bottle
Journal and pen
Loose and layered clothing for comfort
Any small object for the altar to hold your intentions
Come as you are — no experience needed. Give yourself permission to arrive fully.

About the Facilitator
Kikky is a Holy Fire® and Karuna® Reiki Master, GPBA accredited Breathwork Facilitator, and meditation teacher. She creates refined, grounded spaces where high performers and seekers alike come to clear, reset, and realign.
