Some things from our past linger longer than they should old wounds, regrets, grief, resentment, relationships, fears, and the stories we still carry. On the night of Halloween, when the veil feels thin and transformation is all around us join us for a powerful 90- minute release ritual designed to help you face what still haunts you… and let it burn.

Through guided reflection and journaling, you’ll uncover the emotional weight, memories, or patterns that are ready to be laid to rest. Using special burn paper, you’ll symbolically release what has been lingering—making space for healing, peace, and renewal. From there, you’ll be guided into a grounding meditation and immersive sound bath to support integration, nervous system regulation, and energetic restoration.

This experience is for anyone ready to release:
• past relationships
• grief

• fear
• shame
• regret
• old stories
• stagnant energy
