Come experience a state of deep relaxation and peace as Jenn Usherr offers an amazing sound journey, guided by the sacred sounds of crystal bowls, gongs and other ancient and indigenous instruments. Together we will harness the Harvest Full Moon riding on the heels of the autumn equinox marking a traditional time to balance the energy you're giving and receiving and acknowledge what you have built or grown this year so far.

Sound healing is based on the principle that vibrations change consciousness. This practice is known by ancient traditions to “tune the soul”. The healing vibrations pass through our bodies, opening blockages, helping you center and connect with the divine within. Using sound as a meditation helps eliminate the chatter of the thinking mind, allowing for a deep connection to self. It is within this connection that everything slips away, and we come into a state of deep peace opening to that inner wisdom

Bring your yoga mat and feel free to bring your own blanket, pillow, cushions, or eye covering for added comfort.
