For this dish, these delicate strands are tossed with a decadent butter sauce and topped with premium caviar. In this class, you’ll make your own pasta dough from scratch.  In this Class You Will: Learn about the traditions and culture of Tagliolini al Caviale Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make tagliolini Make your own pasta dough by hand and cut tagliolini from premade dough. Sample the Tagliolini al Caviale prepared by our Scuola Chef Enjoy two glasses of curated wine pairings Take home the recipe to prepare this holiday favorite at home  Please Note:  One ticket purchase is valid for one guest  Seating is first-come, first-served  Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes  All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
