Grief & Loss is for anyone navigating the heavy weight of grief, loss, or emotional heartache and seeking a gentle, compassionate space to heal and reconnect with themselves. It’s for those ready to process complex emotions and move toward acceptance, relief, and inner love.

This 9D Breathwork journey begins with 17 minutes of downregulation breathwork to cultivate calm and relaxation, followed by an active session that guides you through the full spectrum of grief from numbness and anger to blame, shame, guilt, remorse, and ultimately, acceptance and release. Subliminal messages, binaural beats, visualizations, NLP, and hypnosis support the release of stuck emotions and limiting beliefs, helping you emerge feeling lighter, more connected, and at peace.
