Deck the Plaza - City Hall Lights

Bring your family and friends and celebrate the 2025 Deck The Plaza! This event is free and open to the public. It takes place Friday, December 5 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. on the Dallas City Hall outdoor plaza.

This celebration includes fireworks, live entertainment, tree lighting, real snow slide, performances by local schools, interactive characters, toddler zone, food trucks, giveaways and of course, Santa Claus!

Join City Manager Kimberly Bizor Tolbert and city council members to enjoy this holiday season!

FIREWORKS at 7:15 p.m. displayed from Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Arena

Dallas Animal Services will be in attendance with adorable, adoptable pets. Adoption fees are waived and processed onsite – that means you could go home with your new best friends the same day!
