THE EXPERIENCE:
Centering Meditation
We will begin with a nourishing meditation to anchor into presence and the space of the heart.
Somatic Visualization
Through guided imagery, you’ll explore the felt sense of your experience, taking you beyond the thinking mind to an embodied understanding of where you’ve been and what’s ready to emerge.
Illuminating Collage
Through intuitive selection of images, colors, and words, you’ll create a visual representation that captures both the gifts and challenges of your year while revealing what wants to unfold ahead.
Ancient Breathwork
Guided through a rhythmic breathing pattern rooted in ancient practice, you’ll move from the noise of the mind into spacious awareness—supporting clarity, renewal, and a lighter way of stepping forward.
Reiki Balancing + Restorative Touch
Receive gentle, energetic balancing and supportive touch to clear blocks, encourage openness of mind, heart, and body, and deepen a sense of connection and oneness.
Closing Circle
We’ll gather at the end in a simple circle to honor what’s been released and what you’ll carry forward, so you leave ready to step into the new year feeling grounded, acknowledged, and clear.
