Live Jazz, Jazz Dance, New Orleans Brass, Black Mardi Gras Indians, Louisiana cuisine, family art activities and a New Orleans Second Line!

The fifth annual Brass and Jazz in the Park will commemorate the 20 years since Hurricane Katrina by honoring the spirit of New Orleans and thanking the Dallas community for the support shown to its residents in 2005.

Curated by The New Orleans Original BuckShop

This is a family-friendly event. Bring a blanket or short lawn chair. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.

Featuring live performances by Michelle N. Gibson, New Orleans Grand Marshal and more…

Event parking is free and first come, first served at the following locations:
- Mattie Nash-Myrtle Davis Recreation Center: 3710 N Hampton Rd
- Dallas West Church of Christ: 3510 N Hampton Rd
- Street parking is also available.

This event is a partnership between the AT&T Performing Arts Center and The New Orleans Original BuckShop.
