Bloom Social: A Garden Tea for Women Powering the Workforce

Bloom Social is a curated garden tea experience exclusively for women in staffing, recruiting, sales, and talent acquisition — including recruiters, sourcers, account managers, sales leaders, TA managers, and workforce strategists.

This intentional gathering brings together the women who power the workforce for a much-needed pause, reset, and opportunity to connect with one another in a meaningful and elevated setting — as we celebrate the close of the spring season in full bloom.

This experience is limited to guests with verifiable experience in talent.

Set in the historic DeGolyer Tea Room, this 90-minute seated tea includes:

Starter Course

• Chilled avocado soup & cheese crisp

Tiered Tea Service:

• Gourmet tea sandwiches (DeGolyer seafood trio, turkey-gruyère grape salad, smoked salmon with cucumber, curried egg salad, and more)
• Assorted scones served with apricot jam and clotted cream
• Handcrafted desserts (chocolate truffles, lemon curd tartlets, pecan clusters, and more)

Premium Tea Pairings

• Mango Hibiscus, Citrus Chamomile, English Breakfast

Garden Walk + Bloom Time (Optional)

• Following tea, we’ll spend about 30 minutes exploring signature areas of the Arboretum together — a soft-paced walk through shaded gardens and vibrant spring blooms. Want more time? Your ticket includes full access until 5:00 PM, so feel free to linger longer or return to your favorite spots.
  

Note: The tea will take place indoors in the air-conditioned DeGolyer Tea Room. The optional 30 minute garden stroll will include shaded paths, and fans and misting options will be available for guest comfort.

• Admission to the Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Gardens — explore 66 acres of curated landscapes, including spring blooms, the tranquil Woman’s Garden, and the vibrant Jonsson Color Garden
• Free onsite parking — conveniently located near the tea room entrance
• All costs, including tax and gratuity, are included in the ticket price
  Additional food or beverages outside of the included tea service may be ordered separately and will be charged individually.

• Tickets are non-refundable but transferrable
• A waitlist will be available once capacity is reached, and organzier can assist in finding a suitable transfer
• Tea begins promptly at 2:00 PM — please arrive atleast 15-20 minutes early to park and check in
