It is an uplifting, extremely popular dance class which seamlessly transports you to a very joyful place, whilst improving breathing, balance, fluidity, flexibility and strength -- all to great music (Stevie Wonder, Gene Kelly, Eva Cassidy, Elvis and more)Limited numbers.
