Our "Reintegration Ready" program is a multi week sessions program designed to prepare you for the things others don't tell you about "getting out" and how it can affect your mental health. We cover topics that include:
-Identity shift
-Managing stress, loss, and grief
-Communication and relationships post service
-Mental health resources
-Financial transition planning
