Kopra is a retired US Army Colonel and NASA astronaut. After
being selected as an astronaut in 2000, he served as commander
of the International Space Station. To date, Kopra has spent
244 days in space as part of Expeditions 20 and 46. After a
distinguished career in the military and with NASA, Kopra has
spent his life dedicated to topics even more important than
space exploration: Team Development! Commander Kopra
knows first-hand how important alignment is amongst a working
team. When people don’t do their jobs, it can literally be a matter
of life and death. Come hear Commander Kopra talk about team
dynamics in stressful situations and how to lead with integrity.
This event is free of charge.
