Trail consists of multiple trip hazards including rocks and tree roots. Ground is primitive with hilly surface.

Program Expectations: Start your New Year out right by taking a healthy step into nature with us! We will be hiking ~2.4 miles on the Rustling Leaves trail. This trail is moderate difficulty. Bring your family, friends, and fur babies with you to enjoy the fun too! (Dogs MUST remain on a leash at all times. Please pick up after them to prevent the spread of disease.)

When: 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Program is included with park entry fees: $4 per person ages 13 and older, 12 and under are free. Programs are subject to cancellation in the event of inclement weather. Dress for the weather! Cancellations will be announced on the Daingerfield State Park Facebook Page or you can call park headquarters. Check out our upcoming events!
