Veterans of all branches of the military, Air America, and the Royal Lao Armed Forces who served at or near Udorn RTAFB in Udon Thani, Thailand are all welcome to attend. Family and friends are welcome as well!
This year's host is Steve Alvey and the reunion will be held from July 10-13, 2025 in Dahlonega, GA.
There is NO registration fee to attend the reunion, but we do take up a free-will donation collection for the hosts, to recoup what they spend on snacks, drinks, and any fees associated with the common meeting room.
We have a special reunion rate of $115/night (plus taxes and fees), for an estimated total (after taxes and fees) of $415.20 for those who come for all 3 nights. Room choices are one king or two queen beds, and they come with a flat screen tv, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Breakfast, wifi, and parking are all complimentary. There is an exercise room and an outdoor swimming pool as well.

It's a 2 hr. drive from the Atlanta airport to Dahlonega , GA. You would be on your own to secure transportation to and from the airport if you are flying in.

All rooms MUST be booked before Tuesday, Jun 10, 2025. After this date, the group room block is released to the general public and you will no longer have access to the special group rate.
