Breathe, Connect & Relax

Join Brad and Stefanie for an evening of connection- within and with your partner/spouse! Class will begin with a gentle warm up and move into partner poses, intended to bring a little more connection between each other (props/modifications available to suit all participants!). Light hearted laughing and a little stretching and a little more space and ease has been created; you'll lay in your comfiest position ever (hand holding not required but may be desired) for a short meditation and ending being serenaded with sound (handpan, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, flute, etc).
