The Lineup
10:00 AM – 11:00 AM | Tai Chi
Ground yourself with gentle, mindful movement led by Andrew & Chris. Suitable for all levels. (No mats needed – no floor work involved!)
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM | Cacao Art & Ceremony
Explore mindfulness through sensory experience. Join artist @drawntonature and @lottiepowersoundart for a mixed-media creative session (paint, pastels, and more) celebrating cacao, closing with an intimate cacao ceremony.
12:30 PM – 1:00 PM | Picnic Break
Bring your own picnic and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the community garden.
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM | Sound Bath & Guided Meditation
Surrender to stillness with Lottie & Jo. Experience the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and instruments. Bring a blanket/mat to get comfortable!
(Note: Age 13+. Not suitable for those who are pregnant, have epilepsy, or have a pacemaker/metal in the body. Contact us with health concerns).
