This workshop is a chance for Barking and Dagenham residents to share their views on what would help people in the borough live a healthy lifestyle. We want to understand what makes it easier or harder to eat well, be active, and look after our wellbeing, as well as what kinds of support could make a difference.
The session will involve small group discussions and simple activities to explore what a healthier community could look like. The ideas you share will help the council and local partners plan better support for healthy living in the future.
You don’t need any special knowledge to take part - just your experiences and opinions. A free lunch will be provided for everyone who attends.
