Join us for an afternoon dedicated to the art and practice of Chinese martial arts push hands!

The Kungfu Push Hands Exchange is a friendly, hands-on training event where practitioners from all traditional Chinese martial arts backgrounds are invited to meet, train, and exchange skills in a safe, respectful, and challenging environment.

Throughout the afternoon, participants will have the opportunity to practice and rotate through a variety of competitive push hands formats, including:

• Dìngbù Tuīshǒu (Fixed Step Push Hands)
• Moving Push Hands
• Shuāi Tuīshǒu (Throwing Push Hands)
• Additional training games and competition formats as time permits

Whether you’re new to competitive push hands or preparing for the upcoming competitions, this exchange is designed to help you improve your sensitivity, timing, rooting, balance, structure, and throwing skills while training with practitioners from a variety of schools and styles.

Our goal is simple: to build a stronger traditional kungfu community through shared practice, mutual respect, and continuous learning.

Date: Saturday, July 25
Time: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Location: Blue Siytangco Taiji Kungfu Academy

Registration: $40 per participant

Space is limited to ensure everyone has ample training time and quality partner rotations.

Bring your kungfu uniform (or comfortable athletic clothing), water, and an open mind. Come ready to train hard, learn from one another, and experience the rich traditions of Chinese martial arts push hands.
