INSTRUCTIONS/IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR VENDORS:


Each booth sold ($350 each) includes lunch for two people and one set of CEUs. 

If you need to register more than one person to receive CEUs, please please sign up the additional person/people via the attendee registration page. 

Additional lunches may be purchased, as well.
