Begin with a rich Wild Mushroom Risotto paired with Quest Cabernet Franc, followed by Lobster Ravioli in a lemon butter sage sauce complemented by Austin Chardonnay. The main course features a Boneless Ribeye with Bordelaise sauce, au gratin potatoes, and roasted cipollini onions paired with Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon. End the evening with a decadent Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Tart served with sea salt and vanilla bean gelato, paired with Treana Red Blend.
