- **Event Description**: Our bylaws provide that the annual meeting of members for the election of officers is to be held at our November meeting.  Art. IV, sec. 4.  We will elect officers by a plurality ballot vote (most votes cast).  Art. VIII, sec. 4. If the entire slate is uncontested, then a non-ballot vote may be taken. Art. VIII, sec. 4.  If you are not able to attend the November meeting and want to vote absentee, please contact our Parliamentarian, Christal Swagerty, at WillowMaggieSprite@gmail.com.  

After the vote, we will hear from Jo Ann Lambert with the Traveling Seniors of Cypress.  She will talk about the day trips that the group takes within a 200-mile radius of Houston, as well as other recent trips that her group has taken, both nationally and abroad.
