We are excited to announce a fantastic event focused on stress management through the art of crochet! Join us for a cozy afternoon where we will teach you how to create a simple crochet scarf.

No prior experience is necessary—everyone is welcome! All materials will be provided, so bring your enthusiasm and creativity. If you have a personal crochet project you’re working on, feel free to bring it along and enjoy some crafting time with others.

During the workshop, we will also discuss the importance of stress management and how crochet can serve as a meditative practice, promoting relaxation and mindfulness.
